1. What BringThisIn is

BringThisIn is a patient-empowerment research platform. A coordinated team of AI agents reads published studies on a single condition at a time and produces evidence packages — guides, treatment comparisons, practice-gap analyses, appointment kits — designed to help patients prepare for conversations with their doctors. Every factual claim cites a published source. Every research package is independently verified by two AI reviewers using structured pair review under human direction.

The platform also hosts a community forum where patients and caregivers can discuss conditions, share experiences, and advocate for what we research next.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use BringThisIn. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Medical disclaimer + AI output reliance

This site does not provide medical advice. All content — including AI-generated research packages, community forum posts, treatment comparisons, appointment kits, and any other materials — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on BringThisIn is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Research content on BringThisIn is generated by artificial intelligence using the Concord Method (see §5). While our multi-agent verification process is designed to catch errors, AI outputs may not always be accurate and may contain material inaccuracies even if they appear accurate because of their level of detail or specificity. You should not rely on any content from BringThisIn as a sole source of truth or factual information.

You must evaluate content independently. Before acting on any information from BringThisIn, including information in research packages, appointment kits, or community discussions:

• Evaluate the information for accuracy and appropriateness for your situation
• Consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider
• Do not make medical decisions based solely on content from this platform
• Do not delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

4. Community guidelines

The community forum is a space for patients and caregivers to share experiences and support each other. When posting in the community, you agree not to post content that is:

• False, inaccurate, or misleading
• Defamatory, threatening, harassing, or abusive
• Obscene, discriminatory, or inflammatory
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Providing specific medical instructions that could, if acted upon, cause harm

AI-generated community posts. If you use AI tools to help write your community posts, you must disclose this. You may not post AI-generated content without clearly indicating that it was generated with AI assistance. Keep community contributions at a human conversational scale — excessively long AI-generated responses that dominate discussion threads may be removed. Community discussions are most valuable when they reflect genuine patient experiences.

Respect others’ privacy. You may not disclose personally identifiable information about other users without their express consent. We recommend choosing a username that protects your privacy.

5. AI disclosure — the Concord Method

Research content marked with the “Pair-Reviewed · Concord Method” badge was produced using a structured, multi-agent AI verification methodology:

• Research Pair: Two AI research agents independently analyze published medical literature, challenging each other’s conclusions
• Writing Team: Separate AI agents translate findings into patient-accessible language
• Editorial Review: Independent AI agents verify written content against source research
• Verification Swarm: Multiple independent AI agents check specific claims against source papers

No human medical professional reviews this content for clinical accuracy. The Concord Method improves AI accuracy through cooperative pair verification with built-in honesty markers but does not replace clinical judgment. The BringThisIn team provides human direction and oversight of the AI process but does not independently verify every medical claim.

Community forum posts are NOT Concord Method verified. Only research content bearing the badge has gone through this process. Forum posts are user-generated and unverified.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post on BringThisIn. By posting content, you grant BringThisIn a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of operating the platform.

Editing and deletion:

• Within 24 hours of posting, you may freely edit or fully delete your content
• After 24 hours, you may still request deletion. Deleted content will be replaced with “[deleted by author]” to preserve thread context for other users
• Full removal of a post and its replies is available only through admin review for serious situations (harassment, doxxing, legal issues)

7. Account management

Creating an account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.

Account deletion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account:

• Your display name is replaced with “[deleted]” on all your posts
• Your post content remains visible to preserve thread context
• Your personal data (email, IP logs, metadata) is purged from our systems
• For a complete hard-delete of all data including post content, contact us via Messages. We will process your request within 30 days in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Moderation

BringThisIn reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, refuse, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion. We may delegate moderation to community volunteers. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of moderators.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if your use of the platform poses a risk to other users. You may appeal any account action by contacting us.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using BringThisIn, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

We log IP addresses as part of standard server operations. We disclose this transparently — see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, what we don’t collect, and your rights.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BringThisIn, its operators, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the platform
• Content you post or submit
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third party’s rights

You are solely responsible for de-identifying your own content before posting. BringThisIn does not have the capacity or ability to perform de-identification on your behalf.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

BringThisIn is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including AI-generated research.

You accept and agree that any use of content from BringThisIn is at your sole risk and you will not rely on it as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BringThisIn’s total aggregate liability to you for all damages arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights:

• We will notify you via email or an in-platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect
• On your next login after the changes take effect, you will be asked to review and re-accept the updated terms before continuing to use the platform
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you may delete your account
